Bruce Sham has dedicated his practice of over 30 years to working with families with children with special needs.  He has done extensive work in the family business markets, estate planning for closely held businesses, and focuses on executive benefits and all forms of employee benefit packages.

Bruce prides himself on his training and development efforts with new and experienced agents in taking their practices to the next level.  He has been successfully recruiting and training agents since 1984.
