DUSTIN JACQUETTE
Financial Services Professional
Dustin graduated with a Bachelor's degree from the Smeal College of Business at Pennsylvania State University. During his 7-year career as a branch manager with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Dustin received top awards and promotions for his success in management. He joined the practice in 2017, adding a wealth of knowledge in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. He is very involved in the community as a supporter and contributor of the United Way Foundation and Access Sports Experiences.
MALLORY JACQUETTE
Business Developement and Marketing Coordinator
Mallory joined our team in March 2021 adding much value with her knowledge and capabilities in business development, event planning, marketing, technology and managing client relationships.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies degree from West Chester University, where she majored in Professional Studies with Minors in Professional Education, Business and Technical Writing. She has an extensive background working for Fortune 500 companies since 2014 in office management, marketing and business development. She has become an integral part of our team in maximizing our productivity and client service management.
CHRISTOPHER OTTEN
Director of Investments
Christopher M. Otten, CLTC, is a Financial Planner at MassMutual Greater Philadelphia. Starting his first business at 13 buying and selling sports cards, he learned the importance of building wealth for the future to enable the fulfillment of life’s dreams. Today, Christopher works with individuals, families, and nonprofits to help them protect those most important to them, by helping them protect current assets, accumulate wealth, and make sound financial decisions so they, too, can fulfill their dreams.
Christopher chose the financial services industry because it matched his entrepreneurial spirit and allowed him to make a difference in peoples’ lives. Christopher holds the Certified in Long Term Care (CLTC) designation and his FINRA 6, 63 & 65 registrations.
In addition to earning his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Villanova University’s School of Business in 2011, Christopher was a student athlete. He was a member of the football team for four years, including the 2009 National Championship team. Christopher is very active in the nonprofit community, having served on his first nonprofit board right out of college, while also volunteering with a youth soccer organization. Currently, he serves as the Treasurer of the board of The Wardrobe (formerly known as Career Wardrobe). He currently resides in Bala Cynwyd, PA with his fiancé, Christine.
CHRISTINE TOPPING
Financial Services Professional
Christine chose the financial services industry due to her entrepreneurial mindset and her desire to make a difference in people's lives. She works with individuals, families and business owners to help them make smarter decisions about their money, manage their debt more efficiently, and plan for long term goals.
Christine is passionate about supporting organizations that empower women. She currently serves as the Secretary of the board of the Women’s Resource Center in Wayne, PA and she chaired the Auction Committee for their Leadership Luncheon for 2 years. Additionally, her passion for the organization led her to establish the WRC Young Professionals Committee in 2019. Christine also serves on the MassMutual Women’s Advisory Board, joining the efforts to support and retain women to what has traditionally been a male dominated industry.
Christine earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Stockton University. She was born and raised on the Jersey Shore and now resides in Bala Cynwyd, PA with her fiancé, Chris. She enjoys spending time with family, going to the beach, and finding great new books to read.

CYNTHIA ST. PIERRE
Head of Marketing
Cynthia joined the firm in 2009 and currently serves as the Director of Marketing. She is responsible for developing, maintaining and executing the overall marketing plan for the company. Cynthia works with media outlets, organizations and non-profits to organize events and sponsorships, creating brand awareness in the Philadelphia marketplace. She also works hand in hand with the associates, aiding them in development, impementation, and execution of their marketing plans.
She is a graduate of Syracuse University and is actively involved in the Philadelphia community. She lives in South Philadelphia with her husband, Zach, their children, Ayden and Evelyn, and their fur-baby, Rocco.
TOM KILKER
Head of Compliance
Tom graduated from LaSalle University with a degree in Economics and Finance. He has worked in the financial services industry since 1993, joining MassMutual Greater Philadelphia in 2007. As the ASO, Tom partners with our financial professionals in implementing MassMutual compliance programs and maintaining our reputation for conducting business in a highly ethical manner. He holds the FINRA Series 4, 7, 24, and 63 registrations.
